PEA Fest 2022 was produced through Breaking & Entering Theatre Collective at the Chain Theatre in midtown Manhattan. The festival featured three new plays: Fyre Fest was so Fun!!! by Catherine Weingarten, Directed by Michelle Chan: The Broken Brain Break Up Game by Lee Melillo, directed by Alexandra Haddad: and Taking the Plunge by Carmen Brubridge, directed by Nathan Mullen.
The Festival was presented at a workshop level and played for three nights in November to a sold out house. As Artistic Producing Director on the project Emily saw the pieces from application to fruition and lead a team of 3 producers in actualizing these exciting new pieces of theater.
