Emily inhabits a lot of different roles in her work as a theater artist. She is most proud of her work as a Creative Producer, Director, Arts Administrator and Stage Manager. She dabbles in Playwriting, Dramaturgy, and literally anything else that allows her to collaborate with fellow theater artists.

Bubeck is an avid crocheter and is especially drawn to crafting one of a kind blankets that can be treasured for a lifetime.
